This young man, like many of the orphans I met, loved having his photo taken and kept asking me to take his photo. A lot of the kids I met simply long to be loved and appreciate any attention people show them.

Nice blog it's interesting to see all of the places you have been. Where are you now? Are you an experienced paid traveler? If not, how are u ble to travel the globe like u do? I wish I could do that.
Ah MashAllah, I never knew you went to Ethiopia. I almost went on a volunteer trip to an orphanage in Africa (I have always wanted to volunteer) with a Catholic group before I was Muslim but I disagreed with their methods, helping some, refusing others. Which wasn't very Jesus-like, and war broke out on the borders soooo. MashaAllah, I'll have to read through this blog when I have time.
