Letter of Dec 4th - Confusion

Hi Andy,
I am so sorry to have to write and tell you this news. We have been in team meetings for the past two weeks down in the southern part of the country. Due to circumstances beyond my control there will be no team member available to be with you during the time you said you could come the end of January and first part of February.
I am praying that you will be able to get a refund on your ticket. I really worked hard to try and figure out a way that we could have you but everything I tried would up being impossible. I feel really terrible about this because there are so many possibilities and ways you could help. But, according to our company policy, volunteers must be supervised. Since there will be no way to provide that supervision we will have to ask you to come some other time.
I have been praying that God would find a way for you to be here but, if He's answered that prayer, He hasn't let me know.
Again, let me say how sorry I am.
Please stay in touch so we can try to work out something for next year.
I am trusting that God will work this disappointment out for His good.
